Lab testing & Certificates of Analysis
How we document purity and identity, and how to get the COA for your lot.
What we test
Peptide products are released against a written specification. The core tests reported on each Certificate of Analysis are:
- Purity by RP-HPLC. Reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography separates the target compound from related impurities. Our specification for peptide products is ≥99% purity.
- Identity by mass spectrometry. The measured molecular mass is compared with the theoretical value for the compound.
- Appearance & format. Visual confirmation of a lyophilized powder or cake, or capsule count for capsule products.
Multi-component blends (GLOW, KLOW) report results for each component. Non-peptide research biochemicals (NAD+, SLU-PP-332) are tested by methods appropriate to the compound.
Quote the full lot number when you request a COA.
Request documentation in three steps
1. Find the lot number
It is printed on the vial or bottle label, next to the expiry date and storage conditions.
2. Send a request
Use the “Request COA” link on the product page, or email support@coastalresearchlabs.com with the product and lot number.
3. Receive the COA
We email the Certificate of Analysis for that lot as a PDF.
